• Arrival after 15 mins may result in the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled. 

• Please NO additional guest in treatment room while being serviced.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your appointment to complete any needed forms.

• We require at least a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. The deposit can be transferred to another appointment date. Limit: 1 date change.

• If you are sick please reach out to reschedule. I understand life happens & your health comes first.

• Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a response to any emails texts or Dm communications. 

• Clients under 18 will need parent consent.
